Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Repair Tracker web application (“Service”) operated by Repair Tracker (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Repair Tracker is a cloud-based software platform for electronics repair shops to manage repair jobs, customers, invoices, and subscriptions. The Service is provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis.

2. Account registration

• You must provide accurate shop and owner information when signing up.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per repair shop unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Free trial and subscription

• New shops receive a 14-day free trial with no payment required.
• After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at ₹999 per 30-day period.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you also agree to Razorpay’s terms.
• If your subscription expires, you may lose the ability to create or update jobs. Existing data remains viewable until further notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other shops’ data or bypass security measures
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or sublicense the Service without permission

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter (customers, jobs, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal information.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for downtime beyond our reasonable control.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific business requirements or be error-free. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoices, pricing, and customer communications you generate using the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repair Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
